Creative Arts for Wellbeing

Discovering Creativity, Expression and Community Connection
Five-day creative arts experience | Youth and adults, ages 13+

Wellness does not always look like talking. Sometimes it looks like making. This interactive, arts-based workshop supports emotional wellness, self-expression, and community connection through creativity, in a welcoming, trauma-informed environment. No artistic experience required, only openness and curiosity.
